Saints Cyril and Methodius Parish is a Roman Catholic community founded by Slovak immigrants.
We respect our origins by retaining some of our Slovak traditions, but we recognize that we are no longer an ethnically homogeneous parish.
Gathered together by the love of Christ, we welcome everyone who desires to be part of our faith community. Further, we value the charism of the Conventual Franciscan Friars who serve our parish.
Therefore, together with our Franciscan brothers, we seek:
— |
to live and proclaim the Gospel as faithful members of the
Catholic Church; |
| — |
to promote the peace and justice of God’s Kingdom: and |
| — |
to reach out beyond our parish family in service to all, especially to those most in need. |
To fulfill our mission, we seek to elicit the experience, creativity and wisdom of every young, adult and senior parishioner.
